Rockhampton Accountant Con Galvin

Con Galvin

Con is the principal and has been a chartered accountant for more than 28 years. He started his training with Kennas in 1985, moved to Power Brothers in 1993, before resettling in Rockhampton in 1996 where he bought into Ray Smith & Co which was later renamed Con Galvin and Associates when he took over the business.

Con is focused on servicing the firmís business clients not only by producing the best tax outcomes, but offering important advice on matters which are sometimes overlooked such as succession planning. He takes a ďholisticĒ approach to guiding businesses through the myriad of compliance that they have to contend with. As they say, there is more to life than death and taxes.

When Con is not lying awake at night solving tax problems, you might find him directing or acting in a play for the Rockhampton Little Theatre with wife Anne, something they have been doing for more than 25 years. Other than that he enjoys a good red and book to read, while watching his teenage boys grow up and remain in one piece.
